About the role

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to define and scale our marketing engine from the ground up. You'll build awareness, drive engagement, and help position GoodFit as the go-to platform for the commercial leaders. This is a unique opportunity to build the function from scratch—owning strategy, execution, and results.

What you’ll do?

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across brand, content, digital, and product marketing
  • Own brand strategy and positioning—craft a clear, differentiated story that resonates with our target audience and sets us apart
  • Build and scale a marketing funnel focused on awareness, lead generation, and conversion
  • Launch and manage demand generation campaigns (outbound sequences, paid, organic, events, etc.)
  • Own positioning and messaging across channels; translate complex technical data concepts into compelling narratives
  • Partner with sales and customer success to develop collateral, case studies, and campaigns that accelerate the buyer journey
  • Lead content strategy and execution, including blog posts, newsletters, webinars, and customer stories
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics and use data to optimise performance

We'd Love to Hear From You If

  • Strong marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in a high-growth startup
  • Experience building and successfully executing marketing campaigns from ideation, creation, distribution, performance tracking, refinement, and optimisation
  • Excellent writing, editing, communication, and content creation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-moving, zero-to-one environment
