What we do?

At GoodFit, we help our customers unlock their next stages of growth with highly actionable & relevant data. Without a need to speed thousands of hours on manual research, B2B companies use GoodFit's data engine to identify their next opportunities, understand their customers & generate demand.

Our platform takes data from hundreds of sources across the internet, and combines it into a real-time and constantly updated view of each opportunity our clients monitor. We process a lot of data to do this, and utilise best-in-class data processing technologies to do this at scale, robustly and efficiently.

We have a great market opportunity, and we are working with many of the highest growth B2B companies out there. In order to keep up with demand, and accelerate development of the platform, we are expanding our core engineering team.

About the role:

As a Product Manager at GoodFit, you’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of several key product areas in our rapidly evolving B2B SaaS platform. You’ll work closely with a dedicated squad of developers, collaborating with design and stakeholders to ship solutions that delight customers and drive business results.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, creates clarity where there’s ambiguity, and is excited to take full ownership of outcomes—from discovery through launch and iteration.

You will
  • Own product areas and roadmap: Define the vision, strategy, and goals for several core product areas, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Partner with a development squad: Work side by side with engineers to plan sprints, refine requirements, and ensure smooth delivery of high-quality features.
  • Run discovery & define problems: Engage with customers and internal teams to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Translate insights into solutions: Write clear specs, define success metrics, and guide the team from ideation through delivery and ongoing improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions are technically feasible and meet user expectations.
  • Use data to drive decisions: Combine analytics, user feedback, and business insights to validate hypotheses and improve product outcomes.
  • Shape product practices: Establish and refine product management processes, helping scale our product discipline as the company grows.
We’d love to hear from you if you have
  • 3+ years of product management experience in SaaS, ideally B2B.
  • A proven track record of owning product areas or features from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering squads in an Agile or Lean environment.
  • Strong discovery skills—customer interviews, market research, and turning qualitative and quantitative insights into clear product decisions.
  • Ability to write sharp, actionable product requirements and prioritize effectively across competing needs.
  • Comfort with analytics tools and defining success metrics to measure impact.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you bring structure to complex discussions and build trust across teams.
  • Experience working in a remote-first, UK-based or similar time zone environment.
Why you’ll love working at GoodFit
  • Immediate impact: We are an early-stage startup on a rapid growth trajectory. The work you do will shape the future of our product and company.
  • Ownership & autonomy: You’ll own key product areas end-to-end—from defining the problem to delivering solutions and delighting customers.
  • Flexible, remote-first culture: We value long stretches of focused work over constant meetings. We have an office near Old Street for those who prefer a hybrid pattern and meet in person about once a month.
  • Direct access to leadership: Collaborate closely with our founders and executive team, who have a proven track record of building successful startups.
  • Broad experience: Work across multiple parts of the platform, with exposure to a wide range of technologies and challenges.
Hiring process:
  • Around 30 minute intro call
  • Tech interview with a white boarding session 1-2 hours
  • Meeting with co-founders 30-60min
